Frey, Franziska

Franziska Frey lives with her family at the beautiful lake Chiemsee in the south of Germany. As a graphic designer and illustrator, she works for both self-publishers and publishing houses. In the process, she designs books from a wide variety of genres. Besides her passion for design and illustration, she also writes her own stories for children and brings them to life with her drawings.

Franziska Frey published her first children's book in 2018 under the label "FarbFux", since then a whole series of other children's and participatory books have appeared. In the process, she has been a finalist several times at the Marktheidenfeld Prize for Picture Book Illustration and in 2020 won the German Selfpublishing Book Prize in the "Children's and Teen's Book" category with her book "Elise erkundet das Meer".
